September 3, 2009 - what is going on with the wind? 2 weekends in a row with hurricanes coming up the coast and no sailable wind. I think we need a wind sacrifice.
Sep 5 on Mascoma was a good NW day. End of the season at DSF. I was powered for 4 hours with 7.5 thinking to downshift to 6.5 from time to time. Sep 6, was almost no go. Only a couple gusts to go with 7.5, the rest of the time just fooling around.
Hi Andrei: Great to hear you got to sail. I haven't sail Mascoma yet this year, waiting for a big NW day. I'm glad people are still sailing at the local lake, I guess I've kinda turned into a wind snob. Hope to see you out there soon. My sail is a north diso 6.4 and all the rest are red sailworks sails - 5.4 thru 4.2 Brian
